This course is aimed at Coaches dealing with Male and Female Club Players from 11-15 year olds. Participants will be provided with ideas, techniques and samples of exercises which they can build into their coaching programme. This workshop will provide a link between the very successful ‘Circuits for Success' and ‘Conditioning the GAA Player' Workshops delivered by the Ulster GAA over the last 2 years.
