Content: 

The purpose of the course is for coaches to learn new exercises and how to correctly coach the technique to players.

Furthermore, guidance on how to structure and evaluate training will be provided.

Factors that may influence training will be considered and discussed such as :

· Weather, facilities, time, equipment

· Balance of skill vs physical development

· Indoor vs Outdoor, type of training

· Physical abilities of players…separate groups?

· Balance of high intensity vs recovery of low intensity work

· Hydration

· Concurrent Activity

· Warm up…..Passive/active
